Newid Digital Sessions: A Space for the Third Sector to Share
Newid Digital sessions
A new event series for third sector organisations in Wales. Join online workshops, hear from experts, and share what’s working. Let’s stop reinventing the wheel.

What are they?

We’re launching a new event series called ‘Newid: Digital Sessions’, which have been designed for third sector organisations in Wales. Whether you're part of a charity, community group, CIC or social enterprise, this series gives you a space to:

  • Learn from digital experts and peers
  • Connect with others working in the sector
  • Share your own challenges and solutions
  • Save time by learning what already works

These sessions will include talks from experts and peers and a space for open conversations. Where possible, we’ll record events and make them available online for those who can’t attend live.

Why attend these sessions?

Too often, charities say they’re “reinventing the wheel”, having to solve the same problems in isolation, with little visibility of what’s working elsewhere in the sector. These meetings are your chance to break that cycle.

By bringing together third sector organisations, we’ll share practical, inspiring digital stories from within the sector so you can learn faster, avoid repeating the same mistakes, feel more confident in what you try next, and make some connections with professionals in your sector.

Who are they for?

This event series is perfect for:

  • Charities and voluntary groups in Wales
  • CICs, social enterprises, and community organisations
  • Anyone responsible for digital, service delivery, comms or operations
  • People who are just getting started with digital, and those already on their journey

How can you get involved?

  • Sign up for our newsletter: Be the first to hear about the next meeting and other training, and support
  • Attend a session: Join live or watch the recording
  • Suggest a topic or challenge: We’ll shape the series around what you need
  • Share your learning: If you’ve tried something digital, we’d love to hear from you

Stop Reinventing the Wheel

Let’s work smarter, not harder. By sharing what works, we can all build better services, reach more people, and spend more time doing what matters.
