Free training sessions on digital this February and March

You can access more free training sessions on different digital topics this February and March. These sessions are designed to help third sector organisations use digital to save time, demonstrate their impact, and support them in delivering their services.

The training sessions will be delivered by Big Learning Company, who have 15 years of experience developing and delivering digital learning programmes across all sectors in Wales. 

These training sessions will look at a variety of digital tools, that are either available free, at a low cost, or are already available through office packages.

Digital communication and collaboration

Thursday 29 February 2024 |10 am – 1 pm | Online | Delivered in English session

This half-day course will explore approaches and tools to improve communication and collaboration in the workplace. You will develop the essential skills for effective collaboration within virtual environments, fostering more efficient teamwork and communication in the digital workplace.

Wednesday 6 March 2024 |10 am – 1 pm | Online| Delivered in English

During this course you will gain knowledge of digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Microsoft Visio, among others, and learn how they can streamline and improve your work, and help with managing projects.
